What is UMNO Information Chief says about Pak Lah?

Pak Lah not pushed to step down, says Umno Information Chief, Tan Sri Muhammad Muhammad Taib, report by TheStar Online. He said the Prime Minister is not under any pressure to step down, and the pressure on Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to retire early might come from one or two individuals only.

“The supreme council has never pushed him (to resign),” he told reporters yesterday.

Muhammad, who is also Rural and Regional Development Minister, said Abdullah’s decision on the power transition in 2010 remained.
